Trishaala Ninan, Director of Marketing at REV Capital Named on SFNet’s 40 Under 40 Award List

TORONTO, ON (June 10, 2024) – REV Capital honors Director of Marketing, Trishaala Ninan, earning a coveted place on the Secured Financial Network’s ninth annual 40Under 40 Award List, recognizing her excellence in secured finance and community contributions.

Trishaala specializes in B2B growth, bringing over a decade of marketing and corporate communications expertise to her role. Her primary initiative with REV was to expand the company’s presence across North America. Her implementation of an ambitious new marketing strategy and execution of a full-scale rebrand resulted in astounding returns on REV’s digital platform metrics, lead generation, and national-level conversions. Trishaala’s dedication to driving tangible results is matched by her ability to lead, where she fosters a collaborative environment and empowers her core team to bring creative ideas to fruition.

Entering the factoring industry three years ago, Trishaala aimed to become a subject matter expert in her own right, but also to create learning and development opportunities for others. This led her to join the International Factoring Association’s IFA NEXGEN Committee as Co-Chair, whose mission is to support the IFA’s commitment to attract, develop, engage, and retain the next generation of invoice factoring talent.
