TORONTO, ON (April 7, 2026) – REV Capital has once again been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers, earning the recognition for the second year in a row.

This recognition reflects REV’s continued investment in building a workplace that supports its people and reinforces the consistency of that commitment over time.

The award recognizes employers that stand out in areas such as workplace culture, employee engagement, learning opportunities, and HR practices. For REV, it serves as an acknowledgement of the company’s ongoing focus on creating an environment where employees feel supported in their work and encouraged in their development.

In the past year, REV relocated its headquarters and settled into a new space, while continuing the shared experiences that help shape the team known for supporting growing businesses across North America since 2017.

REV employees gather for a company book club at their new HQ at 400 Applewood Crescent, Vaughan, ON.

“Being recognized again is incredibly meaningful because it reflects the culture we’ve continued to build together over time,” says Susan Himelfarb, Director of Human Resources at REV Capital. “We’ve remained focused on creating a workplace where people feel appreciated and encouraged to grow.”

REV is honoured to be recognized alongside this year’s outstanding winners. To view the full list of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers, as featured in The Globe and Mail, click here
