REV Capital Announces Michael Lukhton as Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO, ON (September 1, 2026) – REV Capital is proud to announce the appointment of Michael Lukhton as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Michael succeeds Loren Shifrin, who is stepping down after more than nine years at the helm of the company.

Michael brings deep institutional knowledge and financial leadership to the role, having served most recently as REV Capital's Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he has played a central part in the company's growth into one of North America's leading factoring companies. In 2023, he was recognized by the Secured Finance Network with its 40 Under 40 Award, a testament to his standing in the commercial finance industry.
